The Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our APAC team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work to our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from RFP to project delivery and invoicing. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members on multi-market projects and maintain clear communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative project tasks such as resource booking and SharePoint management.
Coordinate the translation of research materials within specified time frames.
Ensure project close administration aligns with sample, consents, audios, and AE reconciliation.
Monitor project costs and issue invoices.
Participate in kick-off calls with clients and maintain clear and concise communication throughout projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a fieldwork services provider
Experience as a moderator
Excellent client management skills
Previous experience in the healthcare industry
Fluency in English and Japanese is essential
